The first smartphone of the new type Samsung Galaxy Fold after the release had a number of problems associated with its folding screen. Most of them were related to the functioning of the folding mechanism.

Actually, the Apple team created a new kind of hinge, which does not form a bending line (by using a round hinge) when folding the product screen. It may seem to many that a device with this form factor will not be able to close completely. If it is even so, there is confidence that in the near future engineers “apple” will solve this problem.

Previously, it has been repeatedly noted that any patent is often left on paper. No one can yet guarantee that a device of this type will appear in production and be released on the market. However, if such a thing has already started to happen, it means one thing – Americans have started working on their version of a mobile device with a folding screen.

It is likely that in the near future they will come up with another way of folding the gadget. It is known that in this company they do not hurry with innovations. They follow the “wait and see” principle. It means monitoring the implementation of new technologies by other vendors and evaluating their commercial success. If such success of other manufacturers is acceptable, Apple improves the right technology and creates its own product based on it.

So, it is possible to assume that in near future the world will see a folding smartphone of this firm.
