How will look like the next flagship smartphone Samsung, was no longer a secret at the end of November, when the images of the Galaxy S11 appeared on the Internet. On the renderers was clearly visible large five-chamber module, but its purpose remained unclear – until recently.

According to Bloomberg, the flagship of 2020 will use a 108-megapixel sensor ISOCELL Bright HMX own development by Samsung. It has a size of 1/1.33 inches and can record video at a resolution of 6K (6016 by 3384 pixels) at a rate of 30 frames per second. This sensor is already installed on some Xiaomi smartphones, such as the CC9 Pro and Mi Note 10.

The company’s 108-megapixel lens Galaxy S11 will make a wide angle with the ability to 5x optical zoom. That is, the picture can be zoomed in five times, and without loss of quality. Another ToF camera will be the same as the Galaxy Note 10+. This sensor, capable of calculating the depth and distance to the objects, will be useful for high-quality portrait shooting and advanced reality functions.
At the same time, sources SamMobile reported that the Galaxy S11 will be equipped with a battery of 5000 mAh. By comparison, iPhone 11 Pro Max is equipped with a 4000 mAh battery, and this stock lasts for the whole day of active use.
